there is nothing to like in this company, Very bad experience think 100 times to join this company only consider if there is no choice you want to work for money because there is no career growth here.

Late salary almost one month late salary deductions and many negative thing to tell, words are less to express.

Bachelor Accommodation, TADA facility, Sat Gun Sang every Saturday

Man-day contract, Not salary incremental. Not proper coordination of management, so lake of performance and impression face in front of the client.

ICS is one of the cerification service organisation in Mumbai. Company staff is good but sometimes management show poor activeness in Salary part, doing delay to employees related task.

Salary part: First, Company provide low salary moreove dont provide on time. that why many employees are still dissatisfied.

I wasn't able to find anything good in this company. Worked for 8-9 months and was working on unpaid overtime. They timely cut late marks even if there was genuine issue. No support from any head or reporting manager. Top company to not to work with.

Dislikes

Lot of politics. You get to pay on 45th day for the earlier month. Very very less salary. No support even for own salary. They treat like we are wage labour's. They'll make you beg to get your own salary. Even after giving notice period my full and final settlement payment was given after 2-3 months and there are many more dislikes.

Work culture is poor, there is lot of politics within the small clusters and no support from management at all, there is constant blame game going on for small things and mistakes are equivalent to a crime.

Dislikes

Politics, excessive critisism even we are not at fault, lack of support from management, salary deductions depending on target achievements.
