The Company is full of Dislikes They will not pay proper salary they will provide 10k to 12k per month and they deduct your salary 2k to 3k every month showing you that you are culprit and not doing any work wheather you give your life in this company....the management are fraud and kamchor they even don't know the S of Sales, if you would like to about this company do visit Asansol West Bengal you will get a proper review of this company from every MR that it's a fraud company

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
