Apart from salary there's no work life balance. No cooperation. No training for new employee. No skill development. Poor management. Promotion is a sugar coated poision here your life will be hell and there will be allot of unusual pressure. Lack of resources due to which you will get to suffer alot.....

Salary was on time Employees were polite and Helpful Reimbursement for all the necessary expanses Flexible working hours

Work Life Balance was close to nill Pressure is way too high Management was poor becoz if someone's takes a leave each and every member of the team has to suffer due to that

Pay Package is good as compared to other firms. Appraisals are fixed.

Training is not provided, No job security, career growth is slow, Too much politics, work environment is very unsuitable for freshers, no innovative work, work life balance is the worst.

Everything, even the management behavior is unprofessional and the seniors have made the negative work environment which does not give positive vibes and make you forget your self esteem. You will find some people working in a higher positions just because of the favoritism by the manager, he talks very rudely, many times you will find him abusing employees, he has 100% attitude but 50% comm. skills, still the company is on him, IDK why. He is the one who is ruining the company with his unprofessional behavior.
