everything is poor here, employees who work there does not know anything, they don't even know spellings to few common words, extremely low salary, they run it like a family business, the management do whaterever they feel like, they do not even think about the employees, they will threaten you strsight to your face in front of everyone that they will fire you, i never thought a place like this still exists, this is not even an office, they have rented an 2 floor appartment and added some wood and chairs, now they want more employees so they keep on recuriting new people and there is no place to accomodate them, so 2 people use single cabin, uffff i can go complaining all day long, so never ever even consider joining here.

Saturday and Sunday week off and no work pressure.

1. No salary increment. 2. No job security. 3. Work environment was worst in chennai. 4. There are only 5 restroom for whole building 2 for male & 2 female & 1 Will used by MD. They should improve in cleaning and extra restroom for coming for future. 5. Freshers don't join this organization. you cann't shine in your carrier.

Too much of politics and no importance is given to hierarchy. People do not see each other with good respect. No team coordination. Very negative environment for persons who come with high expectations of growth in a positive manner. They make sure you fall and be happy for it.
