Initially felt system driven which I liked, responses found good initially when other team members were not their.

Dislikes

After completing the contractual period even if they found the person is capable but they are not issuing any confirmation letter. False commitment are being done. Performances are being judged personally not officially or not through system based on personal input. There is no system of evaluating or judging any person they judge by personal comments. Bills arebeing submitted to client on man power head but officially there is no offer letter given to particular designated employees. They are giving commitments but not try to keep. Employees are not allowed to work as per their skills. Employees are working based on their lobby mainly in Guwahati , no idea about other branch. If any person gives any wrong feedback itis not judging properly. Immediate action is being taken. They dont give actual value to the deserving employee. Once purpose is solved they dont even bother to see and care about their employee. Even project client is having holiday but employee needs to attend office even after that. Designated manpower for a assigned project should get all the facility as per that particular client. Designated manpower for a particular project is being used in other project support though expenses are paid by the particular project client. Invoices are being done as per man -power details submitted during tender but recruitments are not being done accordingly.

Management not good, if client comple small small thing then management take action every times All services engineer need be hard work but credit goes to only seniors every tims Job not secure only for local management plitics

1) To interact with the client directly 2) Will easy to get an opportunity to pitch a project and you will also get rewards for the same. 3) Excellent travel allowance. 4) High Visibility if you showcase you talent

Dislikes

1) There is no proper Process/Methodology is followed. 2) Outdated technology. 3) Only Government Project.
