It's a company which was previously known as payjo and later they changed it to interface, which runs on hire and fire policy. Nobody stays here more than 6 months. Employees are yelled, shouted and micro-managed. Please don't join delivery team or customer success team, the director and managers are very bad there. During interview, they say it is indian timezone job, but once you join they force you to work on night shifts, if you try to question or pushback, they shout at you with firing threats. Please do some research before joining here, like in quora and google, otherwise you will suffer.

Pay is average as compared to industry standard . Work from home is benefit apart from that no other benefit .

No Work life balance , Only work, work , work without any reward , recognitions and hike . No job security . Policy changes every month

1. Good to work here but depends on the position which you are working 2. Salary comes on time 3. Promotion will be given based on hard work 4. WFH is the biggest advantage

1. Terrible work culture, filled with micro-management, toxicity, blame games at all levels. 2. Senior managers and directors have zero knowledge about the product and therefore will do anything to save their jobs. 3. Too much inteference by top management in daily work flow, resulting in chaos. 4. There is no unity of command or quarterly planning or sprint planning, managers and directors just exploit their team members. 5. They expect you to work 24x7, but in return you get firing threats, abusive language, blame games. 6. During interview process provide all the good promises, and once you join they deny all of them. 7. Don't join here ...

I always try to find one positive aspect working in this company.

Dislikes

Lots. Things happen under the monopoly of the CEO. He likes to interfere in every team and every process and micro manage. Nothing gets approved in time. There is no set HR process or procurement or onboarding procedures or sales or marketing procedures. Everything and anything can be bent by his mood and decision. Hope this cahnges
