It's a company which was previously known as payjo and later they changed it to interface, which runs on hire and fire policy. Nobody stays here more than 6 months. Employees are yelled, shouted and micro-managed. Please don't join delivery team or customer success team, the director and managers are very bad there. During interview, they say it is indian timezone job, but once you join they force you to work on night shifts, if you try to question or pushback, they shout at you with firing threats. Lots. Things happen under the monopoly of the CEO. He likes to interfere in every team and every process and micro manage. Nothing gets approved in time.
