The fnb departments and the outlet you work in is very good except the HR Department. People you work with are coordinating. People like jaspal ji Mr. shiv kumar, raunak and all fnb team I'll never forget them.

Dislikes

HR department is very slow and not at all cooperative. They take a lot of time even for very small procedures. Very bad experience. Need very much improvement in HR department and please look after the staff rather than the revenue. #verymuchneeded

You don't have a job security at intercontinental marine drive.it's just a 5 star hotel for name sake .Its a franchise hotel and you will feel like you are working in a 2 star hotel.They can anytime tell you (thank you) if they don't need you.There is no meaning of the word Job security at InterContinental.

Uper management are master in politics and can they don't have heart for employees. Worst place to work.

I would love to give negative points for "work life balance." one of the worst management boards across the city.

Dislikes

Management. Over all culture and atmosphere of the hotel. The management is neither capable of handling its guest nor its staff. For staff there's always a negative atmosphere created by management 24 by 7.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest culture. Team members comes from various culture background but happily works in collaboration.

Growth is slow, your appreciation usually goes unnoticed during appraisal.
