Company director behavior is too bad , they always used abuse language with employees and staff . Company has not system and company running on LALA type culture.

Dislikes

No duty off timing and every Sunday or holiday they always open office and factory and un necessary called staff.

The best thing wlof working in Intercity is that it makes you an all-arounder, the work you get to learn over here is very helpful. The environment is tough & hectic but what you learn here is your power.

Dislikes

The company is having a very poor management. They dont care about their employs, all they need is work from you. People working in company are very supportive though there is a misuse of employees skills
