Very bad Politics, poor compensation or say no compensation, no fixed policy, old working style, new technologies not adopted, working hours are too long and some seniors are very low experienced.

The company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technology. I love the fact thatvi am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality product and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent but groth is slow . Simetimes i have to work 14-18hours straight in a day as i have to attend clint calls in the evening and sonetimes late into the night.

If you want to work and are serious about your job responsibilities then sky is the limit , the management supports you to every extends. Overall the working culture is good and you will like working here . The first year is very critical and like anywhere else you will have to prove your buck here also .

Complex building are coming for design and all seniors are very supportive. Less stress related to work.

HR Policy are moderate mixture of Rigid rules and flexible rules. But overall it is benefiting to all employees . So no any point of dislike company.
