The pay package comparatively good.

Dislikes

Management is biased. They will never help you in your skills development or learning but will always be after you for even a small mistake. Favourism is at peak. Whoever is the favourite they get all the benefits even if they are shit.

1. You get good salary + shift allowance. There are few more things which are good like office picnic etc.

Dislikes

Pressure is high to do well not the work load but if you make mistakes there is high risk of getting terminated here without any proper notice.

zero work life balance, pathetic managers. pathetic compensation, even the food card they give they will add it to CTC and once you leave company they will take away 90% of ESOP bonus back, pathetic vesting schedule

Lot of internal politics, they only promote and give recognition to boss's favourite person, the boss and the head boss have something going go . Very bad environment to work in. No job security. Since I joined they have Layed of 60% of the team.
