Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

Nothing much.

I joined as a fresher. This is a product based company but you would not be given an in depth KT on the product. Instead you would be left to figure things out on your own which is okay but this becomes bery difficult because there is no documentation, there are no ticketing softwares like Jira used. They have Redmine but they did not use it rigorously. There are no coding practices followed. The code is not clean at all. It will become very difficult for you to figure things out on your own. There is no Agile. There are many more negative points.
