Minimal compensation, a good part of the variable is independent of performance, very less leaves and extremely stringent leave policy

...here on day 1 itself. Management does not have an attitude, unlike desi MNCs. Good salary hikes. No salary cut during COVID. Every employee gets 2-3 days of Work From Home facility. Salary Credits on the 1st day of the month.

Strict timings. The notice period is 2 months. No usage of mobile during office hours. Sometimes work pressure is high.

...gement they are basically blackmailing their employees against their employment. They don't have any salary distribution and most importantly they make up false logic and deduct salary whenever they see a chance, not maintaining any kind of contractual agreement, not even granting medical emergency leaves, and if anyone tries to reason with the HR or CEO for this kind of unreasonable behaviour, they simply say its their policy and he/she can leave if they want
