Job security is less and increments all depends on client who are taking your services, if your performance is good they will entertain if not they will fire without any valid reason.

It has created a family like environment and it cares for their employees. Intellismith does not differentiate and base their assumptions on ones saying but thoroughly understands the situation from both sides and gives their feedback. The work culture is good and it has policies which are employee centric
