Nothing much to tell specifically Its a nice place to learn and grow if you are under good manager and TL... that too for short term duration like 6 months intership experiance... Not preferable for long term relationship with this company. If you gone under worst Manager and TL means this company gonna show hell I am giving this suggestion to everyone who gonna join here for sales team right kindly don't look for BDA, Look for something better... Kindly dont come to sales department

...month, reaching the targets means you can survive here, or else direct fire. 5. after hiring the candidate within less then 1 month only they fired many freshers (to fire within one month only they will hold the 1st month salary so that release on 4th month bullshits) 6. They will show higher package in offer latter 5LPA + 4LPA variable so 9LPA and Starting 6 months will be trainee/Internship on those, dont fall for this trap because they will reduct the salary in name of pay of loss, plus for not reaching the monthly targets. finally you will get payment around 15k something based on Loss of pay 7. Not a positive environment to work here. (its toxic)

...ellipaat in my contract they mention 9hr shift but we stay in company for 12 hr. And still they deduct our salary, your efforts doesn't matter if u not doing any sale

...people in the company who have not received their due incentives for 3-4 months. So if there is any variable pay mentioned in your offer letter, do not consider that amount as you will almost never receive it. FOR LPU (Lovely Profession University) STUDENTS: They hire a lot of people from LPU so if you are from LPU be especially aware of them. LPU placement committee knows all of these unethical practices but still works with them just to show better placement results. So as your big brother, I am advising you, DO NOT JOIN INTELLIPAAT. Ask your seniors to double-check. Intellipaat used to do the same practices at CU (Chandigarh University) and so CU has block-listed them. Don't make up your mind just by reading this one review. Please go through all the reviews, you will get these repetitive complaints in all the reviews (other than those reviews that Intellipaat writes itself to better its rating on Glassdoor-like platforms) It's my honest suggestion that it's better to wait for a few months for other opportunities rather than wasting your 1-2 years in this company

...any of the festivals. One day holiday and or no holiday in the end of the month. Guys think before you join this organisation not to see the salary first...

...e for 21 days. They didn't pay me for that during the full and final settlement. They said that based on performance we reduce your salary to half. You cant reduce the salary of a guy who worked for you guys. You can terminate someone but they didn't give me the salary i deserved for that 21 days. Purely inhuman, pathetic, disgusting company. I cried for 2 days becuz i didn't get the money which i worked there for.
