I worked in Intelligroup way long back in the year 2010 as a plm developer, though I was recruited as a permanent employee but was again a contractor to their customer GE. They were least bothered for their employees who use to go for work as contractors to other companies. But I heard they were doing good in SAP technology then and was having good bench of sap team.

They use to outsource their permanent resources mercilessly to other companies like GE , wipro

Likes

Managers are Employee-friendly, we are treated well by our peers, colleagues. On the need-basis, we are constantly trained on new technologies, brain storming sessions, and conducting webinars.

Dislikes

Management left the company leaving us to our own destiny. No drawback found with this fortune 500 company.
