New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. ...s. They never praise or recognize any employee. They're too proud of themselves. The salary structure is not uniform and employees don't get pay slip. They never get promoted. Punctuality matters more than work. They set unachievable targets. Their are bugs in their products which they keep ignoring. They give misleading information about the job profile and position. There's a lot to speak about them.
