When it started with Verint , it seems a very dynamic culture with a lot of employee activities and gestures but after getting into Intellicene , things have changed drastically with no office space and no activities .

Dislikes

No office Culture at all since No Sales office In India .

Likes

Bad work environment and culture. Teammates at not supporting juniors and harrase every day. Company policies are not good.

They sacked me during Corona virus lockdown period though I am a disabled person. Not getting jobs now

There is good team in software .also project manager support always...they are behave like as family. ....it is good for fresher and also experience people. .

There is lot of things are new which we are don't know. ..but it's good for new challenges. ..

Its Good exp to work with intellicon pvt ltd ,as an a part of onsite support team which is a good skills growing environment overall the time of presence and it will be very glad to again be apart of the family in future.

Dislikes

I was an onsite support engg at uran site for ONGC india ,on which intellicon has to give support toward the wifi access points and barcoding machines situated at the various location in the plant.
