...saulted frestger in front of everyone they did nothing hr ,manager did nothing .Poor infra its like goverment office ,parking charges from your salary ,no new skill learn ,people having gutka in office .Its like senior citizen company no new hire only with 35+ age people.They hardly speak in english.no ffre food perks as you daily comes to daily office all the building floor are rented out only one is left .poor company culture avoid this company at any cost.HR it department only for name poorly managed infra ,employees .

Worst salary hike Very very poor internet to work, but work all works are expected to be completed before the given time Most congested work area No compensation for weekend works

Technical knowledge on how the product being developed from the scratch. Internal Training programs helps very well.

...e less capability for team management and have less transparency between team. Existing policies doesn’t help employees to provide more benefits and salary hike is also less as per resource skills where company has to think.

...anagers and subordinate, and the management doesn’t address those challenges. Salary is decent but career growth is avg on which company has to think. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
