The team which i worked is really awesome, workwise it's really good exposure to banking sector where you will learn alot on daily basis. Every day is a new day, and every issue shows you a Learning path for us even in the tight timeliness.

Dislikes

...strict rules on attendance which is directly impacts on your leaves or salary. Second you will never get your variable pay atleast 90% too. Work wise no complaints, when you decided to join, go with best package.

If you are joining as fresher you can learn the functionality about banking,Good team members and good environment. If you have dependency you have job security else not.

... family. 2 No other benefits even you work late, weekends, or even during WFH 3 Even your Package may be high but you will get very less take home. Detections are higher. 4 No advance technologies. 5 No flexible timings you have to swipe by 9.30 sharpe otherwise leaves will be detected, and fixed dress code. 6. EL cannot be surrendered. 7 Notice period of 90 days and mandatorly to served. Based on some projects will be relived early.

...mber will always support each other. I got a good team. Concerns are so many 1. CTC you will be assumed that you got good Package but there will be many deductions. APDP will play major role and you will never get it. 2. No work life balance you have work even weekends. The higher management people will always think that we always here to work. 3. No advance technologies used. 4. No other benefits even during WFH. 5. Strict timings will be followed, and leaves will be detected. 6. Worst cafeteria and no proper food served If you have it for more than 2days will get all the problems. 7. There will be no parental insurance we have spend from our own pocket. 8. Cultural functions are name sake if you attend that you manager will think you're free and very next day you will be assigned additional work. 9. Finance team will never reply your queries. 10. No company transportion now . 11. 90 days mandatory notice to be served. 12. You will never get project release. 13. If you're in notice period then you will be overloaded project activities. 14.If you're going higher levels Always you're under stress,anxiety, phobia And etc..... 15. Product Sales and higher management people will never ask effort estimation of project delivery they give there own time and rushes you to complete within delivery time. 16. Build there own technology where never used any where and it's horrible. 17. There will be no rating discussion if u r in manger good books you will get good rating. 18. You will never get project release if your only option to leave the company that's to we need to wait 90 days. You will never get early release. 19.There will no KT and no proper docs. Etc... It will goes on about concerns

It's ok ok. No much support , only work from home allowed and it's because of government mandatory rule. Intellect has eaten my 10% CTC variable payment and differed 6 month increment cycle.

Compensation wise no growth. They don't promote except grade change without extra payment.
