...e less capability for team management and have less transparency between team. Existing policies doesn’t help employees to provide more benefits and salary hike is also less as per resource skills where company has to think.

not much to dislike. in my current project, growth is not too much. and for non-technical roles, recognition is slightly less than for technical roles (as it is an software company)

I have worked in Two projects first project is high level of micromanagement it's very irritating But second project is Good that manager Mr.manoj is very Friendly. It depends upon the project.

...ow basic programming and most people simply come to office make timepass and go. There are people who did not do anything for nearly an year took hefty salary and left one person needs to do handle everything and is accountable for everything which is highly unethical. They will tell joinees will get good technical exposure but after joining they will make to work on internal tools which are highly unstable and nothing to do with technical skills . Toxic work enviornment. Design Thinking is only hype and not implemented in any of the projects. Don't blindly believe unrealistic positive reviews and join and repent later .

People are nice specially in my team, good culture, though I am leaving because of less pay and I have lot of family responsibilities
