You wont get salary hike and recognition much at the office but if you want to develop you skills and knowledge it is a good company. if you are a fresher better to join here.

...'Wiring Harness Schematic project'. People were hired based on lies & deception. I spent 14 months in this project only Earning, that too less salary & absolutely learnt nothing.

There is no work life balance. They treat employees as a money vending machine. They don't consider your pain and words. If you face any discrimination from senior employees, they only hear word and consider from senior employees. Your words will be through to dustbin

In PLM world this is the best place to explore and expand your knowledge with multiple training and senior people guidance.

Dislikes

Infrastructure and policy which is yet not at the place compare to other companies but the feedbacks has been taken seriously can seen within organisations a lot of policy has been reintroduce. Company is also moving things to find a better infrastructure in terms of working place. Management listens to feedbacks thats the strength.
