Good company good hike.. project and technology changes as per business... Your opinion future not at all in considering if you argue you may terminated but if you work hard you pay for it believe me 30 to 40 percent straight hike.. Keep in mind what matters more Money work satisfaction.

Learning opportunity.especially good for freshers but the entire experience with the company will depend on what project do you get.

... associate leaves the organization after 2 years so there is constant churning. No increment plus salary delays. They are in financially tight condition so don't expect too much package from them.

Overall got excellent exposure and experience on different technology plat forms as we as roles as well. Working with intelligent for 10+ years and the good part is most of my colleagues are also working for 6+ years. My colleague includes very fresher's having less than a year exp to 20+ years exp. And we enjoy working together. The company is in growth mode hence lots of opportunities for technology domain and career growth as well. In short a excellent company to work
