I have found the work culture in the company is quite challenging. There is a significant lack of work life balance, and I often feel like the environment is more about bossism than collaboration or support. Unfortunately this has led to a very negative experience for me. Making it difficult to stay motivated and engaged.

There is nothing to like about,HR team is sweet in talks but at the end they are different

No work seen which will make difference in community.Target oriented.Less funds so no career for long time.Notice of 6 days once they hire.Will throw u on silly reasons.If u lack skill not teaching or understanding,will discontinue you.

Good work life balance, friendly work culture

The company has overall spiritual or sort of religious overtone which I found really irritating. The actual potential of employee is not utilized instead irrelevant work is alloted

I have never seen management of a company where management will charge a fine if u work for the office after working hours. so it reflects the quality of work-life balance.

Nothing I have in my tenure which I have come across.
