Nothing much to like only if the ability of making drinks out of your salary to VP and their 2 most interesting people they even not spare the fresher in this.

Abusing to every employee by Seniors in front of everyone "PERRY" who he dont even have the ability to take decisions if a so called VP said this have to be done then no one on this earth would change that decision. "JOB SECURITY" bhai vo kya hoti hai resignation period is 3 month but they would releve you in a single day when they think your project is over. Hiring firing is an example who learn the things from this company. Everyone either HR to VP to architect Everyone have the thing that misbehaving with employees. Worst company for Girls and women safety. No perks even they will try to reduce the CTC after joining. Promotion is only for a person who would work till 3 am and restart working at 9 am Not for senior position company every senior position is acquired by 3 persons.

Salary on time and on the 1st of each month. Remote work. Flexible timing. Micromanagement depends on who is your manager. Free lunch if in office.

Fear culture. Disrespect to employee opinions. Louder ones are heard more than the ones making more sense. CEO thinks lowly of his employees. Employees are overworked. You will lose any spark of creativity or motivation working here. Lack of new projects due to an exaggerated company ego. They were billing existing clients so much that projects went away from hand and they drove away new big clients by overanalyzing. Probably were good a few years back but isn't the same. Unethical HR practices and policies.

Dislikes

There is very less focus on skill development at the BPO level for agents, team leaders and above. After learning the process/product related aspect, there are no training programs or training cell for BPO division. There is no job security as the company is very small and has lost a lot of business due to covid 19 and we're not able to align people elsewhere, leading to huge layoffs. There is high stagnation for people working there as there is no proper business acquisition team to get new clients. They have a very reactive approach.
