there is a learning process associated with your job routine (mostly) which can be enjoyable on the personal front. regarding job security, you won't be pushed out of company even as a under-performer as long as you keep heeding to upper hierarchies blindly. everyone receiving same hike % which can also be considered as positive.

Dislikes

The company doesn't have defined work culture and policy - like they keep increasing the notice period right 30 days to 3 months (which shows the mgmt confidence that fear losing employees). the job roles were very vague and with much of ambiguity surrounded. If you look at the employees stay, nobody has stayed in the organization more than 3 years which is clear indicator the career growth/appreciation is ZERO.

Likes

Inteleants is a great place to work for an individual who loves learning. One has load and loads of things to work and everyday one gets to take some amount of knowledge back home. Must be a self learner. Overall I'm happy to be a part of inteleants.

Dislikes

There is nothing I dislike but I do not see growth as an individual as this has been a flat company so far.
