...agement wants to keep all ownership and don't like to see smart people in India. They like to see mostly fresher and very average skilled experienced people working from India who are happy with less salary and no ambition.

The opportunities are abundant but the attitude to chase and solve problems differentiate one from others.

Dislikes

...iithout bias and favouritism. Great leaders are needed to change the perception. Need of the hour is success in cut throat competition, and can do attitude from all the colleges with appropriate solutions that are for long term.

Teammates are friendly and supporting. Salary is good and excellent learning and working environment .

Dislikes

I dislike that they are not confirming about full time in Intel, if there is no chance then also they are not declaring any things to interns. Keeping us in delimma.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
