It's great. I've no issues here. I've been able to work remotely and we have been given multiple benefits to enable work from home. We've also been granted a lockdown fatigue leave.

It's a big company where compensation could be better.

Compensation and benefits are good in India offices. Work life balance depends on projects which is almost absent in IT.

Dislikes

You will just have n number of reorgs and will be asked to believe in them. Work is not present. Managers try to create work but its just like maintaining a already build house which can be done by a maid.

...ties. Working hours are flexible, and people here are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for work life balance with descent salary then this is the best place to work.

Everything. The best is food, fruit of the day, managers (in some departments), team outings and of course salary + joining bonus!

Dislikes

When there is power on, there is lot of pressure. Layoff season is there and they dont give a heck about Indian employees. Most of the good employees are leaving.
