It's great. I've no issues here. I've been able to work remotely and we have been given multiple benefits to enable work from home. We've also been granted a lockdown fatigue leave.

Too much of office politics. Teams work in silos with an internal agenda. Many a times, focus is on saving jobs rather than actual work. A few leaders will not allow critical resources to move to other career options; moving out of the organization remains the only option. Training is far and few, but work-life balance can be good if you are clever enough to understand the organization dynamics
