Too much of office politics. Teams work in silos with an internal agenda. Many a times, focus is on saving jobs rather than actual work. A few leaders will not allow critical resources to move to other career options; moving out of the organization remains the only option. Training is far and few, but work-life balance can be good if you are clever enough to understand the organization dynamics

I received an offer from PayPal India for the Data Architect role in Grade 27. The compensation offered is ; ₹80 lakh base, plus 80 lakh RSU (3-year vest) and ₹16 lakh variable Is this a good offer considering my level of experience for the grade?
