Far ahead of the Market in the technologies they work on. Work on innovative products and decent enough salary for a Bangalore location

Too much of office politics. Teams work in silos with an internal agenda. Many a times, focus is on saving jobs rather than actual work. A few leaders will not allow critical resources to move to other career options; moving out of the organization remains the only option. Training is far and few, but work-life balance can be good if you are clever enough to understand the organization dynamics

When there is power on, there is lot of pressure. Layoff season is there and they dont give a heck about Indian employees. Most of the good employees are leaving.

Good work life balance Didn’t see any office politics till now so far

Dislikes

Salary hike is less Takes longer to get promotion for freshers even though did some recognisable work . (Takes 3-4 years ) 💀 No free food 😬
