It's great. I've no issues here. I've been able to work remotely and we have been given multiple benefits to enable work from home. We've also been granted a lockdown fatigue leave.

It's a big company where compensation could be better.

The company provide lot of facilities to develope our skills. The company considers each employees equally and this improve our cconfidence .

Dislikes

Salary and perks are good. But company keeps unwanted confidentiality in all matters. Job security is low.

...ties. Working hours are flexible, and people here are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for work life balance with descent salary then this is the best place to work.

Everything. The best is food, fruit of the day, managers (in some departments), team outings and of course salary + joining bonus!

Dislikes

When there is power on, there is lot of pressure. Layoff season is there and they dont give a heck about Indian employees. Most of the good employees are leaving.
