Salary and increment are not given as per standards During promotions decision are not fair ,it's based purely on how you behave with individual people , hardwork efficiency is the least which is counted Managers don't give promotion from within rather hire people from outside at a higher package which is not ethically correct Biasness is lot at management level If you in good books for manager you get promoted or else you get 4% hike which is pathetic

Stupid managers and seniors, the only thing good is the compensation (for beginners) and that the work culture isn't toxic. Expect managers and seniors who aren't helpful and would bully you for fun. Also they provide lunch and dinner in house so that's that.

I'd rather not say anything coz the list is quite long

As the profile is research related it helps you to gain so much knowledge on different industry sector .good for refreshers to Learn and get experience

You work way to much for less amount of salary also there is on work life balance because of the rotational shifts

...n legal field. There weren't any layoffs during the pandemic and no salary cuts. I have and always been receiving salary on time. There aren't much growth opportunities since most of projects are back office type. Good working culture. Overall a good experience working in Integreon.

High attrition rate. Compensation The leaves/holiday depends on the department you work in. You may have to work on holidays as well including weekends.
