I like the timings and also the salary work environment was excellent travelling was convenient and training was excellent teammates were awesome our TL was polite and friendly overall every thing was excellent would like to work again with them.

Dislikes

Everything was good but 0ne month is too short period to decide bad things about any organization I like everything about integreon I wish to work there again.

...ic Management. 2.They consider anyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out. 3. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 4. All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. 5. Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its their fault. Expect to work during weekend / from home with peanut benefits.

...n legal field. There weren't any layoffs during the pandemic and no salary cuts. I have and always been receiving salary on time. There aren't much growth opportunities since most of projects are back office type. Good working culture. Overall a good experience working in Integreon.

Less growth opportunities since integreon is an LPO and most of the projects are back office kind of jobs.

There is job security, I didn't not hear about any layoffs due to Covid. Salary is ok ok. Growth opportunities are limited, it totally depends on your profile. Company is good for gaining experience. Work culture is good.

There is nothing to dislike about this company. I think Integreon can work on providing better compensation to employees.

They gave me a handsome salary because they were charging 6 times of my salary from the client

No job security, terrible support from senior management including HR. I was hired to work on a client site.that process rammed down in a year. After that, I became a pain for them because they gave a good package since they charged 6 times of that from client. Then strategies were made by them to force me to leave the company.
