Nothing , increment and bonus time they try to either terminate or transfer in other departments thorugh all the process like new joinee, incase if you get selected next process that your salary will be remains same and if you are not conformable with rotational shift including night they will give option to resign that time forget about bonus and all, playing new strategy..

I like the timings and also the salary work environment was excellent travelling was convenient and training was excellent teammates were awesome our TL was polite and friendly overall every thing was excellent would like to work again with them.

Everything was good but 0ne month is too short period to decide bad things about any organization I like everything about integreon I wish to work there again.

Since work from home began, they are trying to revolve everything around their time tracker which is causing a lot of stress amongst employees. Employee feedback regarding time trackers are disregarded (in my opinion). Entire work environment since work from home began is very passive aggressive. There is no sick leave. Management do not care about utilizing your skills effectively as long as you are churning out high volumes and numbers for them.

...ic Management. 2.They consider anyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out. 3. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 4. All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. 5. Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its their fault. Expect to work during weekend / from home with peanut benefits.
