Nothing , increment and bonus time they try to either terminate or transfer in other departments thorugh all the process like new joinee, incase if you get selected next process that your salary will be remains same and if you are not conformable with rotational shift including night they will give option to resign that time forget about bonus and all, playing new strategy..

The work environment and learning opportunities were apt before remote working. Decent and timely pay.

Dislikes

After remote working the work-life balance is almost nil. No criteria is followed for promotion, unless buttering is considered an important job skill. You might be working for 60/65 hours a week and might not have a job the following week, so the thrill and adventure is real if you are someone looking for a real life adventure.

...d contract instead they fire the previous batch and again hire new candidates. HR is rude, lies and doesn't even know what is the salary cycle if asked. Even the guards will treat you rudely. Or you can join see it for yourself.
