The work environment and learning opportunities were apt before remote working. Decent and timely pay.

After remote working the work-life balance is almost nil. No criteria is followed for promotion, unless buttering is considered an important job skill. You might be working for 60/65 hours a week and might not have a job the following week, so the thrill and adventure is real if you are someone looking for a real life adventure.

...d contract instead they fire the previous batch and again hire new candidates. HR is rude, lies and doesn't even know what is the salary cycle if asked. Even the guards will treat you rudely. Or you can join see it for yourself.
