Nothing , increment and bonus time they try to either terminate or transfer in other departments thorugh all the process like new joinee, incase if you get selected next process that your salary will be remains same and if you are not conformable with rotational shift including night they will give option to resign that time forget about bonus and all, playing new strategy..

The work environment and learning opportunities were apt before remote working. Decent and timely pay.

After remote working the work-life balance is almost nil. No criteria is followed for promotion, unless buttering is considered an important job skill.
