The organization is extremely helpful to the freshers to gain the knowledge during throughout the job. I've had great experience with the colleagues at the same level. The company provides an opportunities to new learner in terms of decision making for organizational benefit and that's considerate for new learners to sharp their decisiveness.

...per week which was five days per week and that is also without any compensation. The organization's personnel, are not allowed to expect adequate salary raises. In addition to this, I've seen many of Team Leaders had not received their increments for two-three years and been resigned from their position because of denial of increment in salaries and unmanageable work-pressure. The work-culture is uncultivated for the experienced professionals and such a expectations for experienced guys is meaningless. Now, lets come to HR. In ISM, HR is mysterious department having their imagined, silent, invisible, and undefined upper management and thousands of pages of HR rule book which bound and enforce the employee to follow it with unexpected variations. Every single time they become unanswered to the employee they add their new berserk answer in the rule book. I've given single start in some of the criteria merely because of their necessity. So, in-short, the organization is not beneficial to the experienced professional.

Ceo interfering in very low level of work....even doing micromanagement of last level of subordinates in his hierarchy up to freshers. checking CCTV all the time who is in the canteen ...who is not on desk more than 11 hours etc.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and the client's location. Mine is a US-based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. ANother plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Best company to work. Supervisor and teammates are supportive. The management are transparent and give overall growth of an employee by providing hobby classes, yoga, bhagwat gita, fun Friday, festival celebration, company wide outing etc.
