Too much micro management It's NOT A COMPANY ITS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS Salary deduction if you came late for 2 minutes or more. Appraisal is delayed more than 5-6 months arrear amount (appraisal amount) will receive in EMI

Everything, Partiality, 0 humanity, Salary deductions for coming late 2 minutes. Appraisal delayed for 7 months and then took 6 months to provide Appraisal salary.

... Even during this pandemic, they are not even ready to give a single sick leave. They always try to deduct the pay from empkoyee's salary.

...ative. Having one of the top clients of US. There are many things to learn here. Salary on time. Incentives structures are good. Manager is very cooperative. Overall, its a good company to start your career.

Salary is good, but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high. Will affect your daily routine due to shift timings. HR Manager becomes rude sometime which is not accepted in any professional culture.
