My main motive was to gain experience and so i started working with Integra Unisource overthere I met with colleagues who supported me and guided me in every stage so i would like to say their Work Environment and Work Ethics is Fabulous. Transparency plays a vital role in every company and yes i have experienced it in an excessive manner. Company policies are very well structured and i really think a graduate will really collect a good experience working here at Integra Unisource.

Dislikes

There is nothing i hate or dislike but at a particular stage you start expecting in case of salary, career growth and all.

I love to work with integra. SM's & TL all are very friendly. They understand the employee problems and corporate with employee... They are very supportive & cooperative with employees. Working environment is friendly. Overall I can said about integra ..... East or West integra is the best....here I have completed my 1.6 years.... I started my career as a HR in Integra ....I learned alot of things here ..... Explore many things here.... And now expert in all works of HR ..... Here managers of ICICI are too good & supportive & Friendly also .

Job security is better. Work life balance is also good. So much things i got to learn here.

Dislikes

Some people of here are not good. They will do partiality with you if you are from other state and working in other state. So need to be careful. Also some people of organization will be much interested in other's personal life than their own.

Not much actually. It is a normal job where you work with strict timings.

Dislikes

In the beginning you don’t get much time to even eat lunch. Very strict timings. The team leader is always shouting no matter what.

job security ,TLS were helpful. Only good when you don't have any other options.

Dislikes

As compare to work salary was too low. Only 11-12k per month. And always we used to work from 9am- 7:30 to 8 pm. And they say, there is no targets but you have to close multiple panels then only you can leave for home. Hectic working hours and lots of pressure to close panels and after that you have to face TLS with their bitter comments.
