This review was very important from my side as there has been a constant process of defaming INTECH safety by MR Rahul Saroj on every platform . I would like to clearify that Mr Rahul Saroj was never directly hired by INTECH safety instead he was on a third party pay role. The project for which the third party had hired him failed miserably and had become a liability for the firm instead of being an asset moreover Mr Rahul 's performance was also worst in addition to other employees . We are a reputed firm and are never involved in any sort of fraud with any employee or client .Proof speaks volume and i as a Hr Executive can say that there are abundant proofs which can relate to the failure of the project and person himself so i will suggest that Mr Rahul instead of speaking any rubbish he should concentrate on his career and stop wasting his time in defaming INTECH safety at large . Not only he has tried to defame Intech safety but also in a way to express his disappointment he has also trained guns towards Mr Debojyoti which is completely irrelevant and shameful. He was the one who had supported this guys the most . We appreciate the initiative of Ambition Box but as an employer we would also request them to hear both sides because we believe a platform such as Ambition box which is associated with NAUKRI should not be misused by impotent candidates. In conclusion to these we have already initiated our legal proceedings for the particular common tried by Mr Saroj on the grounds of assaulting our employee and slandering the company values, on the other hand we will appreciate if ambition box takes necessary action against the particular review of Mr Rahul Saroj dated 11 January 2021 by revoking it immediately. We at INTECH SAFETY PVT LTD are a fair employer and we would love more potential candidates to join us in achieving new heights in their career and also suggest them not to have a bad purview for the company based on these review
