Giving the freedom to work hybrid is good, and only a few can be given permission for this.

Dislikes

There are no proper managers with domain knowledge and insufficient talented people to work on difficult problems: a very poor working environment and not much support from seniors. There is not much diversity of people; most come from one region.

Communication is going to be a huge issue if you are not from gujrat in short if you are not familiar with the language, most leaders can't communicate in English enough for you to understand

Culture: Allows employees to work freely while working at office, Also there is a good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Many cultural events are organized by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Infrastructure: Nice and huge space and all necessary equipment's. Use of latest technology to ease work done. And there are many such good things but these are major points.

Dislikes

- Company is not declaring their work policy. Some people are doing WORK FROM HOME, some are permanently doing WFH and some are forcefully asked to come and work from office. However, When somebody is doing WFO and their colleagues are still doing WFH (By giving new and false reasons every time) then other employee like me really felt that this is a rubbish policy ever and nobody taking any action on it. For me, the policy should be CLEAR and EQUAL to everyone - no matter employee is working on Saturday/Sunday or on rotational shift or taking 1/2/3 day's leave and rest 2 day's taking WFH - Rules would be common for all or else if we are running with the Hybrid work policy then company should tell and declare in general. - Now a days, Internal politics started happening in particular department. - Company is not providing Lunch/Dinner as well as Transport facility to their employees compare to other companies. - I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them foreword, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. I am supposed to follow the orders of my superior, and that's it. I am looking forward for a place of work where they value creative thinking and where managers are respective to the feedback from their subordinates. This is not the case with my present employer.

Great place to work, daily learning new things. Completely different way of operating company as compared to other corporates. Very friendly teams and employees help peers. Amazing teamwork. Friendly atmosphere. Faliures are rewarded with cash prize.
