Nothing. A good salary hike but that to turns into nightmare shortly.

- Service bond 3 years. Upon breaking they'll ask to deposit two months salary or work for free for two months without salary. To hide this bondage slavery from government, they'll ask you to pay them your PF/EPF Contribution for those unpaid months. - no festival celebrations. Holi pe pfc k andr color bhi nhi lagane diya apas m employees ko. - hires by promising pure engineering works but assigns drafting only because they are confident about only drafting. - No company policy - No WFH / Remote Working options even in medical and family emergencies - Poor Management. Mr. TK Gangully and Mr. Sehgal needs to sit back home and enjoy retirement time. They should allow young bloods to take the lead so that workflows could be flexible and employee centric. - People leaving within probation period is a big red flag

Salary on time.

Dislikes

Managers do not have relevent experience. Team work not recognized by manegers. Very low experience manegers, Rude behaviour in office floor. Environment is not healthy for satisfactory work.

No corporate culture. You have to do buttering to survive

Dislikes

Company just hire by paying a good salary on the basis they can treat you like a dog. Not an employee friendly company. No good policies. Don't join ever this company. Most importantly, when an ex-employees post an honest reviews then active people working in Intec are forced to write positive remarks so that rating goes up. You can also experience the same after my post. Thank You.

The most likable thing about the office is that weekends are off. Few people are really good to work with if you get a chance.

Dislikes

Run by old school people who don't know how to manage people. Management is very bad, would Interfere everywhere from work to even personal life. they will note time even if you go out for 5 min break. You will be watched over by CCTV all the time. Just keep saying yes all the time to management to get promoted otherwise life will become difficult. if you know how to butter up people you will have great opportunities. A work to be done by 7-8 people will given to 3 people to do. Management or Seniors will never accept their mistakes and blame it on juniors.

Getting Exposure to work on very large scale projects of different disciplines.

Dislikes

No Office Culture Late sitting No flexibility and perks of employees. Orthodox and old school mentality of management. No overtime. Join at your own risk.
