Good work environment and culture Team mates and the management is transparent. Appraisal are fair. Good medical expense given.

There is a lot of politics in management. Decent salary and career growth is slow. Training is not given by management. Decision making by management is very bad.

Nothing except old staff who are helpless to move into other organisation

Almost all things are in terms of Management, HR, Policy, Salary time, and payment of pending due which are not yet cleared even after 1 year of office leave.

This company is presently NPA and unable to pay salary to its employee on time. More than two months salary is due and management is not serious for its employee

Dislikes

Low quality ambience, higher management is not at all bother to create a healthy environment and good working culture. Single washroom is given to both male and female employees which leads to unhygienic condition. No regular pesticides being sprinkle to kill the insects and germs.

...ch circumstances forcing there employees to come to office daily or else resign. All leaves are made as leave without pay. If you even try to speak against Management you will be fired. No social distancing. Forced to work other then expertise.

Company's work culture need to be improved. Employees need to get respect.
