I do not like working at Astron, Intas. It is located too far from city. There are about 1 week audit a month, so come early and stay long (7 AM TO 7 PM MINIMUM). The security checks you like a their and will see wether you have shaved or not..Only Sunday is off- but may have to go depending on requirements.

... as mutual agreement on offer letter, sudden mail says it is revised to 2 month. They hold your salary in notice period. Nothing is good in Astron

Discrimination in HR policies about salary and pay scale Everyday misbehaviour of Security Staff. Discrimination in Shaving Policies Bad Canteen Facilities Bad Traveling Facilities / Dirty buses and no washing of Bus.

...nagement is transport. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

In R&D Micro,work is good but salary deduction is very high that is up to 5000 per month so kindly know deduction before joining.

Kindly give increment as per rule that is on April so employees can balance financial help in those life because late increment can not assuritiy that employees can not leave company but if increment has been give time to time then it's may be possible that employees can stay in company for long time.
