...nagement is transport. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

for Matoda plant : Free Transportation , on time salary , weekly two early going , and 2nd saturday off .

Late increment time approx in july or august , very poor increment , no promotion , not an employee oriented company

Employee increments are less and as a intasian we have to protect our brands from small companies,they giving cash without taxes and taking 1:2 business once commitment over repeating services and comparatively small companies are giving more schemes, here we need to give schemes otherwise employees moving to other campanys,one more thing price very high compared to other companies,
