There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company should retrospect it's salary structure as a whole and productivity should be rewarded as an when identified rather to look for his/her patience n resignation.

Timely salary, Travelling, Timely medical check up.

Dislikes

Mobile Submission room is too far from respected work areas, appraisal rating should be overall not only from your working section, Minimum mediclaim should be more than 2lacs/year, notice period should be 1 month below senior executive designation, full & final should be clear on date of relieve, security check-in & out should be common for all, over time payment is very less as per current expenses and time consideration, No department rotation for AM, Manager, Sr Manager designation, Printer installation should be room wise.

Job security is good as per policy. Working culture is average. Company policies are good. Transportation is average. HR personnel behaviors is not good. Appraisals is good but some partiality done durring Appraisals. Otherwise Company is good for survival.

Dislikes

Nepotism and Partiality in the time of appraisals. Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow.
