Promotion - zero Salary and Benefits - pathetic poor Management and Supervisor ability to manage team - zero Team lead was apathetic micro management person and company has nothing to do with that despite of lots of complaint against him.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is very low .career is growth very fast 1 year before job training is good giveing supporting to trainer

It's a fantastic experience I earned working as a part timer and full timer in these company I got many appraisals as a best employee I feel greatfull that I have worked in this company

Some times due to heavy call flow we use to do over time and no salary for over time duty

Its rubbish compnay not pay any bonous any medical benifits only show in offer letter but never get any facility its move downward one day it will be finish becaouse no employe welfare i am giving 0 marks ,skill development never only working timepass and time spend of life .

nothing is in intarvo only time spend waiste of time ,no skill ,no employe welfare nothing is here ,infact cut the salry ,bonous never give but cut in salry every month ,no medical facility but every month cut the salry amount for medical and bonous ,its rubbish compny

...ly good for Freshers and only for one year work. There is no appraisal and IJPs. I worked for around one and half years but salary remained same and only one promotion happened of a girl and that too because one senior staff was in physical relationship with that girl.

No salary increment , no IJPs , Promotions only to girls , of course give and take policy.
