New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Promotion - zero Salary and Benefits - pathetic poor Management and Supervisor ability to manage team - zero Team lead was apathetic micro management person and company has nothing to do with that despite of lots of complaint against him.

Its rubbish compnay not pay any bonous any medical benifits only show in offer letter but never get any facility its move downward one day it will be finish becaouse no employe welfare i am giving 0 marks ,skill development never only working timepass and time spend of life .

There is no such thing which I like about company

The worst company I have seen ever. No learning,no increment, no team work and if I talk about salary so just forgot about salary.no need to ask for salary while working in the company.while working three years for company I have shifted the whole company 3 times.and there is no cafeteria also. I was working as on site support engineer so if I have to visit some site for any queries I have to spent it from my pocket company doesn't give any compensation for it since 2015 have no yet get my approx 15000 RS of convence and at last I just want to say that the review which I have written above is not only my review you can ask from any person in the company the review will be same
